Made on private commission or as individual projects, the original works seen below have been opportunities to explore my own design sensibility and play with traditional modes of woodwind instrument making.

Making a piece-unique is not something I do lightly; it requires time, labor, and - if it is a private commission - clear communication between myself and the customer. When it comes to design and materials, I am often working within certain constraints, and will advise the customer on what I believe is the best path forward.
